We have been getting information to you about an opportunity to donate to St. Michael with the convenience of the electronic world. I want to repeat that it is an opportunity for you, you don’t have to donate in this way. Some people have decided that this is a way that is easier for them to use and we want Stewardship to be something that is comfortable for all. The way we use our talents and time should also be comfortable; we would not ask a plumber to donate time fixing the lights, for example…and we do not ask those who help with reading to automatically be in the choir. The way each of you give to the church is your own decision; however I wanted to give you the possibility to give your donation the easiest way you see fit. Thank you for your faithfulness to the Risen Lord.

Good morning on this Feast of the Annunciation. It was announced to Mary by an angel that she would be (or maybe I should say ‘could be’, she did have to say Yes to the idea) the Mother of the Son of God. We pray for her intercession that she would influence her Son to be the healing element to our illnesses of today.
I am doing my best to follow the guidelines and stay here in the rectory, or go for a fresh air bicycle ride, by myself, in order to be as safe as I can. Fr. Lee and I are celebrating Mass every day for the intentions in the bulletin and of course all of our intentions in our hearts. If you have a need, do not hesitate to call; even though we are ‘restricted’, I want to serve you in your needs. I pray for all those who ‘have to’ be out in order to serve us because it is part of their work. Peace, Fr. Floyd
