Happy Thanksgiving!

I thank God for the gift of the priesthood and the grace and strength to be given this honor and privilege to continue to serve as your pastor for the second year in this parish. I am also thankful to God for the grace to grow in charity, patience and forgiveness. Every now and then things happen which give us opportunities to be more patient, to understand, and most of all to forgive. That’s a blessing! I thank God for my family and friends far and near for being there always at least in spirit! I thank God for all of you, especially for all our volunteers in the councils and in different committees, ministries and activities! I thank God for all the trials and difficulties in life, for in them we will always feel the need of God in our lives! “In all circumstances give thanks, for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.” (1 Thessalonians 5:18) May God be forever blessed!
