The Parish School of Religion is our religious formation program that provides catechetical instruction to children and youth who attend public school, so that young people can grow in intimacy with Jesus, be knowledgeable about their faith, and integrate the teachings of the Gospel into their lives with a sense of purpose and value. It also prepares young people for the reception of the first sacraments: Reconciliation, Holy Communion, and Confirmation. The PSR program requires registration and regular attendance.

We will have elementary students meet in the school cafeteria at release time on Wednesdays and we will walk over to the hall together. When we first get to the Hall we allow them to have some free play time, wash hands, eat a snack, and have class. Students will be released at 3:30pm. Please remember to park in the row closest to the Hall or come to the door to walk your student to the car. I will not allow elementary students to walk through the parking lot.

Middle School and High School:
6th Grade- This year will start off a little different for them since they will join the 5th grade students in our Confirmation Class that Dr. Katrina Burke will lead during the elementary PSR Session which runs from the end of school to 3:30 pm on Wednesdays. Students will most likely need to ride the shuttle bus from the middle school to the elementary school.
Grades 7-12 will have class from 7-8pm on Wednesday nights. Students, and their families, are encouraged to attend 6:30pm Mass! We hope to have a great group of students, families, and parishioners join us in celebrating the Eucharist. It's a great opportunity to "recharge" mid-way through the week. We will be asking students to serve, read, and provide music for this weekly Mass time.
Our evening class starts with a communal snack and prayer then splits into separate classes for the remaining time. We do occasionally ask if families can send a few snacks since this group of kids can go through a lot of snacks.
